Can I request a quote before paying?

Yes. The Hire Us form sends your project details for review. Submitting it does not collect a payment. Any quote, deposit or invoice follows that review.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes. You can use your existing domain with hosting. DNS changes may be needed to point it to the hosting service; contact us if you need help planning the move.

Do I need another password for my client account?

No. Your ZothNET client account uses a one-time code sent to your email. Hosting control panel credentials are separate from your client area sign-in.

Can I buy Panelica for a server hosted elsewhere?

Yes. Panelica licence packages are for your own servers, wherever they are hosted. Check the package for server coverage and billing terms. Licence checkout does not automatically install software or change your server.

Can I combine design, development and hosting?

Yes. Describe what you need in one project request. We can review the pieces together and identify the scope and next steps.
